Yorkie's don't have an undercoat like other dogs and they have hair not fur like other dogs too so they are more likely to get cold then another type dog. Mine wear clothes all the time. My boys get cold very easy and will shake. You can look at baxterboo.com, amazon.com, funnyfur.com, and ebay.com, and even Walmart has some in store.
