My husband and I are having a disagreement on whether my long hair Yorkie needs a sweater. He is so bound and determined to keep the house at 68 and says when my dog is shivering he's not cold. I live in Oregon so our outside temperature changes a lot.
What do you think? He also has the hip problem (My dog not my husband) so if anyone is going to give me an idea of what to buy and who to buy it from, it would be helpful if it would come off and on easy.
