Although you are no longer a member I feel it is very important to say that this puppy was was to young to leave mom and maybe even legally so. Hopefully she has not gotten any shots yet because they are useless before 8 weeks old. It’s not the puppies fault she has separation anxiety so using any kind of correction collar on her is well cruel and it won’t fix the cause. She’s soooo young and small she must be terrified of being alone. It’s much better to live in a dog friendly place when getting a puppy especially a puppy that is a breed that is known to be very vocal because it’s just not fair to scold a dog every time they make noise. This puppy is going to take a lot more work then a regular puppy.
