Every time she pees on the turf you should reward her with her most favorite treat, even a tiny Cheerio will do the trick and lots of praise in happy happy voice. If she poops on the turf do the same thing, make a big fuss lots of praise. Yorkies like to please their humans. Also, she is only 10 weeks old, they cannot hold their poop or pee for long periods.
