I would use a healthy squirt of dawn and 1/3 to 1/2 cup of vinegar on the fake grass in your sink or outside in a tub. rub it together if its flexable or scrub with a sponge or brush. let it sit for 20 or 30 min. then rinse. If that doesn't do it repeat and add baking soda to the mix, maybe 1/4 cup or so.
