You never, never, never buy a puppy without seeing it unless you have already purchased a pure bred puppy with no health issues, you have a good relationship with the breeder and you thrust the breeder, under those conditions then yes buy sight unseen. I am attaching pictures i got online of what parti yorkies basically look like, does mickey resemble any of them.
