In a perfect world I would prefer a boy or girl over 7lbs and up to 2 years old but I will consider any pup or adolescent male or female you may have available or know is available. I have two babies, Max and Mia. Max is 2 and Mia is a young 8 and both are very social especially with dogs their size. We have a doggie door for in and out and our back yard is surrounded by a 7' fence and is as secure as can be.

We might consider a younger rescue that is social with our Yorkies and adults. We rarely have children in our back yard except for a couple of nieces and nephews occasionally who have small children but only for a couple of hours or so a few times a year.
