 Jazmyne went to the rainbow bridge today
She was fine a month ago. Playing with her ball and chasing squirrels. Then she stopped eating and wasn’t moving well. She spent 4 days at the emergency vet with pancreatitis and they thought she was getting better. We had to feed her with a syringe. She just wouldn’t eat. This weekend was awful. She could barely walk. She started getting lost in the house and putting her head into corners. She became very restless. The vet thinks her brain was affected. I made the decision this morning. She was 14.5 years old. She gave me so much love. I couldn’t see her suffer. I’m such a mess. I can’t stop crying. Thanks for all the well wishes. |
