I am so sorry to hear that she is failing. It is always difficult to determine when "it is time". We so want to listen to the voice in our heart that says "maybe things will be better if"... I firmly believe that as much as it agonized us, letting them go, and ending their pain and weakness, is the final act of love which we can give our loving companions. When we have been faced with the decision, it was always a kind release for a loving pet who had only been holding on to please us.
