In talking to my neighbor, he's been doing it for awhile but hasn't done it lately. We have those programs but we have to do the trapping ourselves. Maybe I'll talk to my neighbor and see if he can start doing it again because our other neighbor keeps feeding the cats and the number of cats that are coming for food is growing.
