OK first of all Frank sure is cute! Who wouldn't love that face!
I don't think I could do the chip myself, but yes they are very important.
My friens Yorkie was lost, and the ONLY way they got her back was her chip.
The people who found her, had pictures, and by the pictures there was a question to the police who she belonged to. If it wasn't for that chip, who knows what the courts would have done.
The shelters know how important the chips really are, so they offer them for $15.00. I would call and see if you can get a chip there.
