He might have even picked it up at the vets office. Even if you sanitize the house now it still says you should do it on their last day of treatment too. Pineapple is supposed to stop them from eating their own poo so you might want to try that. I was having these issues with Callie but with skin infections and we were in the vets office at least once a month and then came an $900 dental because of a broken tooth. Right now she is doing well without issues so I am enjoying it while I have it. Cushings makes them have a lower immune system so they are more likely to get sick when other dogs might have a better immune system to fight it off.
