It was the second time it had happened and I was less than pleased BUT they were great on the phone letting me know my options. I almost went with RC Yorkshire Terrier but ended up with Hill's .. very similar food and my pups like it. I was able to change it slowly but honestly I don't think it would have mattered. So...it all worked out.
