There really is no such thing as a teacup. It was a term created by bad breeders to get more money. The standard is not to exceed 7 pounds so she would fall into the standard. It is possible that she could fill out a little more but it really depends on her genetics. All of mine gained a pound or so after a year of age when they were filling out but mine are over standard size.
