It is a brilliant idea to take your furry friends to your workplace, as the presence of dogs can indeed reduce stress from work and increase collaboration between the colleagues. However, you might also face some difficulties at the same time.
1. Is your office/workplace pet/ESA-friendly? ESAs have legal rights to live or travel with you in apartments or the cabin of aircraft. However, as there is no law stating that employers must allow employees to bring an Emotional Support Animal to the workplace, the ultimate decision is always determined by company’s regulations or your boss. Similarly, ESAs might be refused by hotels, stores, restaurants, and so on. Most of my friends who work with their dogs say their offices are friendly to animals and encourage workers to do it as well as arrange a special area for the pets to rest. If your workplace doesn't set up relevant rules, you could sincerely make a request for working with your dogs and explain their benefits to you or others.
2. Can you promise Bella obedient and friendly with others? To get your boss's agreement, you should make sure your friends are obedient and calm in new places. Choose a proper spot as their toilet and instruct them to go potty in there. Otherwise, if they cause messes or unhappy memory to others, you may face double annoyance instead of mental relief. Reinforce their basic training and make them get used to your schedule in advance. Find out more tips: https://www.schoolforthedogs.com/8-t...ct-office-dog/
