Use canned food as a topper, you don't have to replace a whole meal with it if you don't want. We feed Weruva which is super expensive but our local pet store always has BOGO free deals etc so we stock up then. I mix it in with his kibble sometimes and when I do that one can goes a long way. He is 18lbs so feeding him exclusively canned gets very expensive lol but I do some days feed him more canned than dry. It just depends. He would need like almost 2 cans of that. I love it because the formulas I feed are low fat for his pancreatitis, they are made in a human grade facility, it looks like real chicken soup and he does fantastic on it.
