I need to ask for prayers for Callie. I wanted to put this here so more people would see it. On Sunday the 4th I noticed Callie’s lymph node on the right side of her neck was really swollen. I wanted to wait until Wednesday to take her in just encase the swelling went down. Well we talked to the vet Tuesday who said to give it a few more days and then come in because at the time if felt like it was getting smaller. Well there now has been no change anymore and I want to see a specific vet so we have an appointment Monday. It’s very likely it’s cancer so I’m trying to prepare myself. Apparently Cushings increases their chance of lymphoma. She has started not eating all of her food which is really weird for her. She is only leaving a few bites but still weird. If it is cancer I’m not putting her through chemo I will just keep her comfortable until it’s time. I just don’t know how to live without her.
