Get a new vet who can test, diagnose and prescribe ongoing allergy treatments, if the underlying issues are allergies, medication to stop itching, inflammation or infection, diagnose the ear problems, explain, teach proper ear hygiene and have an ongoing treatment plan, all after explaining to you what is going on with her, how to help her. Good vets test, test, test as necessary and examine until they can diagnose, recognize and anticipate likely recurring problems, plan treatment for acute symptoms and likely recurrences, explain in full what is going on so you have no questions to ask, teach you things you need to know to keep her free as possible of basic allergy, ear problems and help their patients with these type issues eventually get better, if owners follow treatment, maintenance orders and return dogs for every follow-up visit. Obviously we here can’t really help her ourselves but a good vet can. Sounds like you need a vet or vet specialists with answers for all your questions.
