I read once that a flea collar was left forgotten on a wood table or cabinet. Whatever the chemicals are used in that burned into the wood. This makes me think it may also do something to our pup's skin.

I've used Advantix for my old man for years with great success. I'm waiting on my little guy to make the correct weight to start using flea meds.
