My Teddy will vomit yellow bile when he has an empty stomach, or when he has had too much to eat. Usually it is the first one. If he doesn't get his meals on time (like if I oversleep an hour) or if I don't give him a couple kibble rewards late in the evening, he will vomit. He has a fast metabolism and his tummy starts producing acid when he expects a meal.
