I haven’t had a Yorkie with Allergies. I do understand Dogs of all breeds can have chronic ear infections. Not disregarding that in anyway.
I had two Labrador Retrievers when my Son was growing up, neither had allergies but one had Chronic Ear infection. My vet has Never recommended my Plucking any of my baby’s ears. Big or small.
But that’s just me.
My post was only to explain how I maintained my babies ears.
