With these wee lil 5 Lbs and under babies as hard as it may be you cannot let them jump off anything as high as the sofa or bed. Now it's going to be hard to stop him since you have allowed him to be a wild child. Running up and down stairs do not impact his joints as jumping off sofas or beds do, running or zooming do not impact the joints, it's the jumping off beds and sofas. I'm happy to hear he is on pain meds but these lil monkeys bounce back fast and have to be watched, and that's your job mom. No more jumping off high things.
