I have # 38 in the Amazon link (3 wheels, black) I also have Best Pet leopard print 4 wheels, I did not see this in any of the links your provided. I have attached photo's of my guy who weighs 12 pounds. So a bit of what I have found using them. First they are amazingly simple to put together, they come fully assembled, all you have to put on are the wheels.

With the 4 wheel Best Pet I found it difficult maneuvering it while trying to open and hold a door open to get in a store. With the 3 wheel Pet Gear this was not a problum at all, it is very easy to get in and out of a door without assistance. The wheels are made of a soft but firm plastic so no concern about getting a flat tire as you could get with inflatable wheels. Getting the proper stroller for your needs. If you plan on jogging or just strolling through town on cement sidewalks. I like both strollers, if I am planning on going into stores I use the 3 wheel Pet Gear, if no stores are in my plans I use the 4 wheel Best Pet. Both have plenty of room for the baby to lay down in, they both can fit 2 dogs. Best Pet comes with a rain cover, Pet gear you have to buy separate. Both are very light weight when folded, easy to carry to put in the car. Any questions you may have I will answer if I can.
