I have had 4 females all now passed, all were spayed and no incontinent. Maybe the person or ppl that told you that their female had UTI, that would cause constant urinating. Could be an "ole wives tale" also.
Spaying does not cause incontinent. Good luck on which ever you choose, either sex will fill your heart with love and keep a smile on your face.
