oh no! they sound small enough that theyd pass through, but if they are jagged or dont have rounded edges, id be pretty worried that they could cut her internally- not trying to scare you or anything. i would keep an eye out for them coming out the other end! im sure someone else can give you better advice!! hope all goes well and tell twink to lay off the crystals<3<3
