Generally if a dog eats something toxic they should go to the vet right away no exceptions. My youngest came inside and had a massive allergic reaction to something like hives, swollen eyes and stuff and I didn’t even hesitate I threw a Benadryl in him and rushed him to the ER at midnight. I am considered disabled and home all the time with vet assistant training and would still take my pups in if they were vomiting that long. Even mine being larger would be dehydrated by that point and just straight up feeling terrible.
