I am not trying to come off harshly here, but I was horrified while reading the original post . IF your vet said it was ok after that many days and not seeing your puppy, I would be looking for another vet. I personally would have been at an emergency clinic.

While on that topic, be very careful outside. I know my vet very well but no doubt mine would have been at the vet in the same situation.
