I am not trying to come off harshly here, but I was horrified while reading the original post . IF your vet said it was ok after that many days and not seeing your puppy, I would be looking for another vet. I personally would have been at an emergency clinic.

While on that topic, be very careful outside. Texans seem to be enamored with Sago Palms as they are everywhere...they are DEADLY to dogs and cats:

I have to be honest that I was thinking the same thing. I know my vet very well but no doubt mine would have been at the vet in the same situation.
