Just an FYI: giving water by dropper will NOT rehydrate a dehydrated dog and no yorkie should go for over 24 hours without food and water without seeing a vet. I find it hard to believe a vet would say not to come in with a dog that had vomited the entire weekend...
I am not trying to come off harshly here, but I was horrified while reading the original post . IF your vet said it was ok after that many days and not seeing your puppy, I would be looking for another vet. I personally would have been at an emergency clinic.
