I called Wellness Dog Food today because Bella's food was once again unavailable on both Amazon and Chewy. This is the second time this year it has happened. I called to find out if it was discontinued or they were just back logged.

The agent was super nice. She said no the 10.5 bag is still being sold. I told her unfortunately in my area retailers do not sell it because it is not a popular brand. Bella eats Limited Ingredient Salmon and Sweet Potato for Small Breeds (the regular bite size is too big for her)

She said she understands and they have one bag at their center she was willing to ship me. I asked how much it would cost and she said they will give it to me free of charge. I was not expecting that. I was amazed at how nice the company was for doing this.

She said said they never offer direct buy but because this was the second time this year the product is not available online she got the approval to send it to me.

When I called I was not looking to get anything for free or even a discount. I was only calling to find out if the product would be available soon. This shows me what a great company they are. I will try and keep using all Wellness Products for food if I ever need to switch for Bella.

Thought I would pass along a company that has great customer service!
