The carrying pouch is GREAT. Very helpful when you have to keep your eye on a younger one from the older one. It also helps with bonding for the first few days wonderfully! Definitely think about investing in one!

When they baby gets older, I'm sure there will be some dominance issues between the two, but at least the baby will be older and better able to take care of itself. After alpha is established between the two, they should get along fairly well. Also, if things don't get that well after some time, I would call a trainer and ask if you can bring both dogs in so that the older dog could be trained to respect the safety of the baby. just a suggestion.
