Correct but no emails to customers? No post on their FB? No emails from vets offices (which I received all of these things in March). They are clearly trying to lay low and stay under the radar about it. To me, that is not being super honest. And they clearly don't want the bad press. If I was feeding a formula that was being recalled right now and didn't happen to see the screen shot from the Hills website that I happened upon in a FB group - I would have NO clue that my food was on a recall list. And that would really tick me off, to be honest. Even if it *isn't* "a big deal" - customers have a right to *know* and be alerted better.
If I was feeding their food, I'd definitely be giving them a call but I am not sure I'd expect the answer to be totally truthful.
