Well it's been a few weeks since I posted this. I am seeing improvement, so that's encouraging!
He has still marked, but not as much as before. I have cleaned everything with vinegar water and that seems to help. I have not had the carpet cleaned as no one services our area. I am going to rent a machine & clean myself as soon as the weather cooperates.
