Actually I let the clipper rest on him like his back. I go over it several times and eventually the lines will even out. I don't use the big clipper very close to his butt or pee pee. I use my small battery powered clippers for those areas and I carefully scissor clip his pee pee area. I go very lightly. If I do it too close Deuce will drag his butt on the carpet. Ugggghhh. My hubby will hold him standing up so I can lightly shave his belly area.
