I love this post so much.... this whole paragraph sounds like me exactly. I thought I was the only one who took 3 days to clip a 5.8lb Yorkie.
Let me ask you....? How much pressure do you put on the clipper when doing his back etc... I have a great clipper and I want to do his body ( Alias) with a 7F Also I’ll use the 7F for his privates as I’m afraid a 10 will give his little butt razor burn.
I’m new to this and like you I have all the stuff but I am so afraid to put too much pressure on the clipper resulting in a tentative uneven choppy sort of body. I know what the finish of a 7F should look like which is why I’m not doing it right. Any suggestion would help.
