You have to give it time. It is not going to happen over night. It took my dog and cat several months before they became friends but now that they are, they are both getting on my nerves.......lol To ease the transition, you have to make sure that you give every thing to your 2 yr old yorkie first. It could take awhile before your older yorkie accepts the younger yorkie. Just make sure the older yorkie has a place to escape the younger one and remember no matter what you do, you have to do it to the older yorkie first. They are pack animals and your older yorkie needs to know that he is higher in the pecking order than the younger one.
