How long ago did the vet say she was fine? My first thoughts are if the vet said she was OK and the puppy is not showing any signs of pain or distress, I think she should be OK until the next visit.
You should post pictures. Not because I will be able to determine anything from the pics but just because I love to see pics of yorkie puppies!
