Yes. Cytopoint is a shot every 4 to 6 weeks. Apoquel is a pill that starts out twice a day for two weeks and then is once a week. Cytopoint has said to be a miracle for many dogs and is much safer in my opinion. Callie gets cytopoint and if Penny is developing allergies I will go with the cytopoint for her too. You can learn to give the shots at home or just have the vet or a tech do them.
