Default Looking for advice - Sasha chewing her feet

About 2 months ago Sasha started chewing at her front feet. We took her to the vet right away and they gave her vetadryl. I gave it to her twice a day for 30 days but it did not seem to help. When her hair was longer (we just had them groomed) you could see that the hair on the bottom half of her front 2 legs was shorter because of her chewing. The skin does not look dry or flaky but she keeps chewing. Someone said to try children's benadryl. Has anyone done this? If so what dosage did you use? She is only 5 pounds so I don't want her walking around in a stupor high on benedryl. Is there a shampoo that would help? We use Yorkie Shine when we give her a bath. I am not sure what the groomer uses.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you
