Ok so Callie has skin allergies and is on a special shampoo. The others do not. I bathe Joey in Nootie and because Penny still is not great at baths I use Pet Head puppy shampoo, I also use the puppy shampoo on Ollie. Well Joey and Penny have flaky belly's like just white flaky tummies and nothing like that any where else on them and its not red at all. Any suggestions on what to do about this? If it was the shampoo I would think that it wouldn't do this on both since they both are on different shampoos.
