Whether you want to argue or not they aren't the same. They are known to have different personalities and are not yorkies. Sometimes they might be confused with Parti yorkies but the parti is different then Biewer. I personally am not a fan of dog shows and such so AKC means very little to me. I also have a Chocolate yorkie and the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America is not a fan of any colors other then traditional so I'm not just some stuck up person.
