I'm so sorry about your little Ian!! My Pippa passed away in August, shortly before her 7th birthday. I was heartbroken! She would always do a lot of panting, even at a young age. The vet kept telling me she had a collapsed trachea, but I had doubts about that diagnoses. She passed in her sleep. I believe it was congested heart failure. I have often wondered if there was anything I could have done or medication I could have given her that would have helped her live a long life. Enjoy every second with your little one! Again, I'm so sorry for what you and Ian are going through!
