I use nexguard on all four of mine and have never had a problem. My vet even uses it. The illnesses and things that can happen from fleas and ticks can be far worse then flea and tick meds. My dogs wrestle and stuff so I don’t feel comfortable with any kind of collar like that being in their mouth.
