It’s much better for his health and he will live longer if neutered. I would really think about doing it at the same time. It would suck to have to do emergency surgery due to the prostate swelling and keeping him from using the bathroom. It also keeps them from getting cancer. It increases their life span by 3 to 5 %. Just something to concider.
