I agree with maxdog, any change to a dogs diet you will see changes, adding something different to his food can not cause a problem but you will see change to his poop, it will be softer, also soup bones are greasy, that can cause him temporary issues. If he continues to vomit get him to a vet, these lil ones dehydrate fast.
