Jackson is 18.5lbs and fits perfect in the original Medium.
The other styles are sized differently - like he wears a large in the step-in style.
I really really want to like the Buddy Belt. I always want to try again and get another. But I don't like how it fits so far up on his back, if that makes sense.
Here is 1 we had that I sold as an example. See how when he holds his neck up, it like... scrunches oddly? Whereas when he was leaning over, it looked fine. I couldn't get a good fit. The 5 was too small and the 6 was too big.
