Thank you for the information. They did diagnose him with a slightly collapsed trachea which could explain the honking. I am using a Buddy Belt instead of a harness now and that seems to be helping.
I would like to think that the enlarged heart is a mistake, but he also has a mild heart murmur. I wonder if it is possible for a Yorkie to develop a heart murmur and it not be a sign of a disorder.
