He's creative like that
I think I am going to start with animal control again tomorrow...and my husband is going to write them another letter...just so that we can say we tried resolving it. I am calling the HOA to see about the fence.
Then if nothing else...the police and a lawyer. I pay good money to live in this home and it has become so unenjoyable outside and in. I would never do that to my neighbors.
