I don't blame the dogs at all. I am not usually so afraid of large breed dogs...but they are completely unsocialized. The people only go over their to water and feed. They have a 13 year old son that is always out front on his bike and I have never seen him around the animals. I was hoping that I would be doing the dogs a favor along with my peace of mind.

My husband wants to call them every time the dogs start one of their barking rants and hang up I told him that doesn't make for very nice neighbors...but I am reaching the point I want to pick up the phone myself

I am going to do some research. I will consider the lawyer thing as well. I just don't want to bother the police. I feel like there are more important things for them to tend to...but then I think about something happening to a child or small animal. Again, I don't blame the animal...it is the owners fault that they are so protective...they are cooped up all the time. My office overlooks their dog run...our houses are pretty close together (about 15 feet apart) and they are always there morning noon and night.

Very, very sad
