It’s possible it’s marking. My youngest has had an issue since we got him that he will pee a little in the middle of playing or walking around the house like her forgets he needs to go. Mine are outside potty trained so if I know it’s been awhile since he has gone I send him out to pee. My aunt had an issue where her lab puppy was peeing little bits very often and he eventually grew out of it. Have you thought of putting him in a play pen so he can’t pee all over the house?
