Ginger’s "boyfriend" is a pitbull; he’s a doll though.
It’s just my experience with them, but I think they are just like any other dog; their behavior reflects how they’ve been trained. So yeah, I agree with everyone else, if that boy is teaching it to be aggressive then you could have a problem. I would build up my fence like Villette’s.
